Access to the Haven area is restricted to HE & H5 cabins only. Access to specific Haven Amenities may also be restricted for HE & H5 at times during the cruise. These restricted areas may include the Haven Observation deck, the Haven Pool and the Haven Restaurant. More information will be provided to HE & H5 cabins as we get closer to the 2025 cruise
Cancellations:
All payments are non-refundable. All monies are due at time of booking.
3rd & 4th Person Pricing:
Interior $1,259 per person; Ocean View $1,359 per person, Balcony, and suites $1,459 per person. Plus, Booking Fees, Gratuities, Taxes.
Single Pricing:
Singles are charged the full double rate.
Single Share Program:
A single share program is available for those traveling alone and are willing to be matched with another cruiser.
Additional:
Taxes, Gratuities and Administration Fees: $399.00 per person.
All cabin pricing is based on double occupancy.
Guests may choose their payment plan at the time of booking.
2025 Payment Schedule
Monthly Pay plan Deposit as follows:
The deposit of $150 per person for inside cabins OR $250 per person for Ocean Views, Balcony and Suites is charged at the time of booking and the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 15th of the next month. All payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on September 15th, 2025.
Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.
Autopay:
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the fifteenth (15th) of each month and Final Payment is August 15, 2025. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay.
Declined Payments:
If your payment declines, contact Rose Tours immediately. There is a $35 declined credit card fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is declined. If you are past due on any of the cruises, we have the right to cancel your reservation.
Late Payments:
There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are past due on any of the cruises, we have the right to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
